A few years ago I discovered the trick of mixing protein powder into a classic yogurt bowl, and I’ve never looked back. It’s creamy, filling, and endlessly customizable to fit your flavor preferences or dietary needs. Today I’m sharing my go-to version: a chocolate protein yogurt bowl that’s perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or even a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

  • Greek Yogurt

  • Blueberries

  • Hemp Seeds

  • Shredded Coconut

  • Protein Granola

Instructions

  1. Let’s create our base: spoon greek yogurt into a bowl

  2. Add one scoop of protein powder and stir well until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Layer in your favorite toppings e.g. blueberries, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, and/or protein granola all work perfectly.

  4. Drizzle with peanut butter (or your nut butter of choice) for the ultimate creamy, protein-packed bowl.
